Isn’t it great that Desperate Housewives has returned?
I really missed that show, as well as a number of others that were delayed for months due to the writers strike.
Now I’m left wondering if Carlos will be permanently blind? Will Katherine’s daughter learn more about her fathers murder or will it be covered up? Will Lynette stick to her new religion? What will happen with all the other char actors story lines?
I really enjoy the joy but I was a bit disappointed that the story lines in this first episode in months weren’t a bit more exciting. Perhaps I’m just jaded after having waited so long.

Those of you following American Idol will get a sentimental treat this week.
Idol contestant, David Cook, will have his brother in the audience on Tuesday and Wednesday night. His brother, Adam Cook, 36, is suffering from brain cancer.
A source close to the show confirmed that Adam will be present at the show when the top six idol contestants perform songs from Mariah Carey’s catalogue.
Adam is apparently too ill to take a commercial flight so he’ll be flown in on a special medical charter.
The Board of Directors at Clarian Health in Indianapolis are paying for the medic, nurse and Leer jet transportation while a local Terre Haute radio station is paying for the Cooks’ hotel stay.
Adam has apparently really perked up since receiving news that he’ll be able to see his brother sing. He’d been sick in bed for several days prior to getting the good news, but now he’s much more active.

For the third time in her life Pamela Anderson has officially said “I do”.
Pamela wed her long time friend Rick Salomon on Saturday night at the Las Vegas Mirage Hotel. Her children, family members, Tobey Maguire, Lukas Haas, and magician Hans Klok were present for the short ceremony.
I say it was a short ceremony because it took place in the hour and a half break between Anderson’s two magic shows!
Anderson wore a classy white denim Valentino number for the ceremony.
Anderson didn’t keep her marriage secret. As she went back to work on her second magic show she wasn’t shy about announcing “Hello, I just got married…I did”. She also went on to stated that she was distracted as it has been a big day.
You might remember that Pamela was married to Tommy Lee for years and then once they split they were an on again off again couple for the longest time. She also married Kid Rock a few years ago, but that was very short lived.
Salomon’s been married before too. You might remember that he was married to Shannen Doherty for a short while. He’s also the guy who appeared in the internet released sex tape with Paris Hilton. Remember him now?
The newlyweds applied for their marriage license last month in Vegas. A friend of the couple states “They are head over heels in love. They are really close. They have a relationship already and they have the license.”
The couple have been friends for at least 15 years, but the romance between them is fairly recent.
